服务范围

At PACS we dedicate ourselves to providing students with support and education for their personal and academic success through a variety of services. Our confidential services are designed to help students who are enrolled in full-time study achieve their goals. PACS utilizes a brief, solution-focused counseling model. Students may be seen weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or in other mutually agreed upon patterns. No student will be turned away during a crisis. Those students who need longer term services are offered referrals to other university and community agencies.

Progress is evaluated at regular intervals to ensure that students are progressing toward their goals and are receiving appropriate services for their concerns. Many students are seen four to five times over the semester to meet their goals. Time-limited counseling can be a wonderful fit for many students, but it is not right for everyone. Students are free to participate in an unlimited number of group sessions and workshops. In cases where students have not met their goals, we will make every effort to link them with alternative treatment options. PACS reserves the right to discontinue services to clients who cancel two consecutive appointments and/or demonstrate inconsistent attendance as it prevents other students from accessing our services.
